This beautiful and original Expert Columbia was a bit more sophisticated than the Standard Columbia. It had Columbia patent ball bearings front and rear.
Very nice bike with a lot of special details, like the cranks. It has frame number 3675 inscripted on top of the neck, see pictures.
Owner claims it was built in 1884, which is probably right. Looking at the solid rear fork it was for sure built in the years 1882-1884.
